A FORMER House Surgeon. He temporary duty as a Senior House Physician from August, 1914, to January, 1915. He then joined the Royal Army Medical Corps and was appointed to a field ambulance. He sailed overseas to France on July 15th, 1915, till the end of the war.
He was awarded the Military Cross on the field of action in April, 1918.
